WASHING SEQUENCE:
Hot Detergent wash at Nozzle pressure 4.0 Kg/cm² with pump of 7.5 HP Temperature 60-70° С.
Hot Water Rinse at Nozzle pressure 3.0 to 3.5 Kg/cm² with pump of 5 HP Temperature 55-60° С.
Hot water wash – at Nozzle pressure 4.0 Kg/cm² with pump of 7.5 HP Temperature 65 – 70° С.
Detergent Concentration: Manual at the start of the can washer.
Intermediate manual checking and loading.
REQUIRED SERVICES:
Water: One time filling of the tanks with water up to 1600 1700 liters, another 200 – 300 liters of water for the make up to 8 hours operation.
Detergent: caustic usage shall be 0.2~0.4% depend on the volume of pollution cans carries.
Electric power: Connected Load 22 HP for conveyor, pumps Three Phase, 50 Hz.
SCOPE OF SUPPLY:
Main Enclosure: The main enclosure which houses washing & sterilizing sections shall be made from 2 mm thick stainless steel sheet conforming to AISI 304. For easy accessibility it shall contain inspection doors all along the length on both sides. Cans guides shall be provided through the length of detergent section of can washer
Power consumption of machine per hour is 16.5 units (on full load)
Finish: All welding joints grounded smooth. All stainless steel surfaces polished to 180 grits.
Temp. Control: Necessary temperature control arrangement will be provided to control the temperature of Detergent – Rinse Section & Hot Water after Rinse Section.
Type: The can Washer built in stainless steel the
washer comprises a table with groove and conveyer belt for top of milk can moving in put to out put for normal detergent wash and hot wash. The can is manually inverted and placed over the conveyer belt and groove. A familly of spray ball is mounted on top, out side & inside of the can which protrudes into the inverted Can. By activating a special mechanism the operator can either circulate detergent for cleaning of the can or circulate hot water for flushing of the Can after cleaning the cans.
Under Frame: The under frame shall be made of SS 304G hollow square sections (size 50 X 50 X 2 mm). The assembly shall have sufficient number of legs with the SS ball feet having 50 mm vertical adjustment
Conveyor Chain: For slanting type can washer, the chain will be made of Gl 10 mm link chain, the operation of chain system will ensure proper spacing between the individual Cans. Drive motor, drive transmission shaft and idler shaft will have adequate provision for adjustment and tensioning
WASHING STATIONS:
Washing: The pumping and jetting
arrangements shall apply sufficient washing liquid to the inside and outside surfaces of the Cans. Jetting pipe will be detachable type for easy maintenance purpose. All the main water lines & steam lines interconnecting lines within the tray washer will be SS 304 All steam and Water valves will be of SS 304G.
Filter: SS pressure filter shall be provided in the liquid (hot detergent) re-circulation line to prevent choking of stainless steel adjustable nozzles
Pumps: Mono stage centrifugal pump with CI Body, CI/Bronze Impeller, SS Shaft and oil seal

Water Heating Arrangements:
Steam heating unit is provided to two Sump Tanks as shown in GA Drawing. Temperature of liquids shall be maintained by main static control Manual Drain Valve: 1 No. manual operated drain valve shall be provided at the end of the main detergent header to drain all the detergent from header when detergent pump is stopped.
Pressure gauges will be digital temperature controllers.

Instrumentation:
The temperatures and pressures of delivery sides of pumps and sump tanks shall be indicated on an instrument panel located on main enclosure. Instrument panel fabricated from SS 304 with acrylic cover shall contain dial type pressure gauges and digital temperature indicators
Main Enclosure: Mountable on can washer with enclosure made of SS 304 shall be moisture, dust and vermin proof.

CRATE WASHERS EZY 100
The spraying arcs are provided with a large number of synthetic click nozzles. The EZY crate washers are designed for crates with a any dimension of (LxWxH). In the main wash zone the crates are cleaned and the dirt is removed from the crates. The click nozzles are supplied with water by a powerful and energy efficient pump. The main wash tank is filled by its own filling connection, equipped with level sensors. In the after rinse zone the crates are rinsed with fresh water. Any residual detergent will be removed. A sensor controls the after rinse bow. If no crates are detected the fresh water supply will remain closed.
