Brine Systems

We manufacture complete installations for Grana cheese type blocks salting, with immersion baskets. The solutions we propose are designed to meet the specific customer necessities, by applying the best available technologies to guarantee efficiency and to be user-friendly.

Reliability across time and minimal maintenance have allowed the company to do several installations in different dairies for the PARMESAN CHEESE production.

 
INSTALLATIONS

The installations consist of:

1. lines; Brine tanks in stainless steel AISI 316 complete with flow and return
2. Unit for dissolution and regeneration of saturated salt solution with control panel with PLC;
3. Immersion baskets in stainless steel AISI 316 for cheese blocks containment;
4. Lifting system with sling bar with overhead crane for baskets.

 
IMMERSION BASKETS FOR CHEESE BLOCKS

The units used for storage and handling during salting have the following features:

1. Made with stainless steel AISI 316 drilled sheet shelves;
2. Stainless steel tube frame;
3. Solid coupling arrangements for safe handling;
4. Manufactured according to size and dimensions requested by the
customer.
