Homogenizer (including flow control of the supply cooling water, 2 stages homogenizing head with maintenance tools and spare parts) The proposed homogenizer is designed for the homogenization of different types of drinks (milk, soy milk, cream, fruit juices, mixed drinks, etc.). In case of milk, fat globules are broken down into very fine dispersion, which prevents fat separation during product storage on the market shelf. For other products it provides to reduce the dispersion of ingredients and it guarantees homogeneity in the consistence of the product.

The package foresees the supply of following items:
Safety Valve Piping in stainless steel and electrical connections between the pasteurizing plant and the homogenizer. No.2 buffer aseptic dampers at the inlet/outlet of the homogenizer with clamp connections for the cleaning operation.
