CIP (Clean In Place)

STI GB LIMITED, part of the British group designs and manufactures processing equipment for dairy, fruit juices and beverage industries. CIP (Cleaning in place) unit with push button control panel and indicator light

ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTS:
No. 01 stainless steel cabinet to contain all electrical instruments and the control panel including CONTROL PANEL for control and selection of the washing cycles with possibility to check the temperature of the washing solution inside the tanks (Alkaline and Acid solutions) and also the temperature of the in line washing solution.

The control panel includes also:

➤ Emergency button
➤ Acoustic alarm and lights

The CIP plant is assembled on STAINLESS STEEL MAIN FRAME (AISI 304), except the tanks.

CIP stainless steel tank (1000 L size) insulated with automatic temperature control equipment (03 individual chambers)

CIP PLANT (Clean In Place) for the cleaning of the entire Milk Processing plant. The plant is composed as follows:
✓ No. 01 STAINLESS STEEL (AISI 304) tank, capacity 1000 litres, for the storage of the alkaline washing solution. Including:

1 temperature sensor
1 level sensor
1 discharge valve

✓ No. 01 STAINLESS STEEL (AISI 304) tank, capacity 1000 litres, for the storage of the ACID washing solution. Including:

1 temperature sensor
1 level sensor
1 discharge valve

✓ No. 01 STAINLESS STEEL (AISI 304) tank, capacity 1000 litres, for the storage of the rinsing WATER. Including:

1 level sensor
1 discharge valve

CIP Forward and Returned Centrifugal Pump

No. 01 FOR NATURAL WATER INLET, including:
• set of valves for incoming water
• set of valves to load the water inside each tank
• necessary piping and fittings for the connection to each tank

The CIP plant is also equipped with:
➤ Set of valves for the management of the washing process
➤ Centrifugal pump to transfer the washing solution (CIP forward and return pump)
